Declare Wars Loot Refresh

The Declare war feature has been one of the most controversial features since it was introduced to Mafia Wars back in January 2010, On its first introduction you could only go to war with members of your own Mafia.... a Most hated feature!
It took the Mafia Wars Studio 9 Months to finally listen to the players, and revamp the War feature so we could declare war against Foe's only as well as giving us some good loot for Declaring a war, and winning a War because by now we had all had our fill of Cue Balls! which had been the reward for 8 of the 9 months!

The Latest Revision of the War Feature, is mainly a Loot update, as well as some Tweaks to the system First the old rewards and the Old Achievement,

 Its a simple Achievement, get 1 of each 16 items, Simple enough, the rewards where nice, well some of them where, but with all Loot it becomes outdated fast!

So Today we got hit with a update to Wars, First 2 New Achievements simple enough again get one of each of the items to complete the achievement

 As well as a update to the timer, With the first version's of Wars it was once every 6 hours, After the last update it was once per 16 Hours, and now its once every 8 Hours

I just hope they have fixed this old problem of Wars being unavailable, these are especially annoying when the your required to Win Wars for Limited time missions!
